Performa has taken on university students with a wide range of skills and recognises the need for them to be properly mentored during their placement. These students are given opportunities to direct their development and education to accommodate their own preferences and expectations.

Performa is committed to protecting the environment at all times where possible. Performa does not set out to pollute nor deliberately damage the environment.

Performa attempts to recycle and reuse where appropriate (e.g. paper recycling and reuse of old equipment) and actively discourages waste.
