Can the Performance Calculator accept daily data?
Yes, if you have daily market values, cash flows, fees, NAV’s, dividends or TER’s you can quickly import/add these to the Performance Calculator.
Can we calculate returns for different share classes?
Yes, the Performance Calculator allows users to create (virtually) unlimited additional return types for each portfolio. This means you can calculate/store each share class return side-by-side in the Performance Calculator.
For institutional portfolios how does the system handle large cash flows?
By default, the system will flag any (significant) cashflows - prompting the user to input a market value at this date. We define ‘significant’ as ‘greater than 10% of the market value at the start of the sub-period.
Can the system handle hedge funds?
Importing large quantities of data is easy with Performance Calculator. Users can add all their underlying data using just one .CSV file or (if more convenient) the individual components (NAV, DIV, TER etc.) using separate import files for each.
